30-DAY SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
We want you and your pup to be happy with your purchase! If for any reason you’re not satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy. From the day you receive your order, you have 30 days to request a return. To qualify, items must be returned in their original packaging and in unused condition. A receipt or proof of purchase is required. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

RETURN PROCESS
We want to make returns as easy as possible for you. If you need to start a return, just reach out to us here, and we’ll guide you through the process. Once your return is approved, we’ll send you the next steps.
A few things to keep in mind: Returns must be sent back within the 30-day window, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs. To ensure a smooth process, please wait for approval before sending anything back—returns without prior approval won’t be accepted. As soon as we receive your return, we’ll process your refund or exchange as quickly as possible.

DAMAGES & ISSUES
We pack every order with care, but if something arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’re here to make it right! Please inspect your order when it arrives and reach out to us here as soon as possible.

- Sale items are non-returnable.


EXCHANGES
Since we offer a single formula, we aren’t able to process exchanges. If your order isn’t the right fit for your pup, you’re welcome to return it within 30 days for a refund and place a new order if needed.

INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS
We get it—mistakes happen! If you notice that your shipping address is incorrect after placing your order, please contact us immediately here. While we’ll do our best to update your address before your order ships, we can’t guarantee changes once processing has begun. If your order has already shipped, we’re unable to reroute packages in transit. 

REFUNDS
As soon as we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if your refund is approved. If approved, we’ll process it to your original payment method within 10 business days. Keep in mind that banks and credit card companies may take a little extra time to post the refund on their end. If you don’t see it after that, feel free to check with your bank or reach out to us—we’re happy to help!
