How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders usually ship within 1 to 2 business days, and delivery takes 2 to 7 business days, depending on where you live. Once your order ships, you'll get a tracking number.
What is your return policy?
Your first paid plentum.com order is backed by our 90-day guarantee from delivery. Repeat plentum.com orders have a 30-day guarantee. Amazon orders are excluded.
How does the subscription work?
Your order ships every month, and we send an email reminder 5 days before so you can adjust, skip, or cancel anytime. You can also pause, skip, or cancel from your account.
How do I give the supplement to my dog?
Follow the serving size for your dog's weight on the packaging. Sprinkle it over your dog's food or mix it into a meal, and use it consistently every day. If your dog has specific health concerns, check with your vet before starting a new supplement.
Where do you ship?
We ship to all 50 US states, including Alaska and Hawaii. Shipping is free for subscription orders and for any order over $50.
