Commission is paid on net item revenue on plentum.com orders (after discounts; not shipping, tax or refunds). Refunds and chargebacks reverse commission. Rates and terms are set out in the Program Terms.
FAQ
Partner questions
How long does my link last?
Our cookie lasts 30 days, last click. An order that arrives through your link is credited to you, even if the shopper uses one code at checkout. Your own personal code also credits you with no click.
How are subscription renewals paid?
If a customer you referred subscribes, you earn 10% of each renewal for 6 months (Creators) or 12 months (Pro partners). It stops if they cancel.
When and how do I get paid?
Monthly on the 15th, for orders that are at least 30 days old. The minimum payout is $25 and smaller balances roll over. We pay by PayPal, or in store credit. You will need a W-9 before your first payout.
Do I have to disclose that I earn a commission?
Yes. Put a clear disclosure at the start of every post, such as "#ad · I earn a commission from Plentum". On video, say it out loud and show it on screen. Hashtags buried at the end are not enough.
What can I say about the products?
Stick to the approved claims sheet in your partner toolkit. We support normal, everyday wellness language. Never say a product treats, cures or prevents a condition, and never promise results.
Can I run paid ads?
You may, within the rules in your partner terms. You may not bid on "Plentum" or its misspellings, and ads must use the platform's paid-partnership label. Ask us before sending ads straight to plentum.com.
